By accessing or using BizzBoss AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

BizzBoss AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

6. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your business data. We do not claim any ownership over the content you upload or create within the service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

BizzBoss AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
